Two ways:

1. You go to fifty million stores, try haggling with high pressure sales people, spend a ton of money in gas, and finally find the appliance you think you need.  You send us the model number, and we let you know if we can meet or beat the price.  Be sure to get delivery, removal, and installation costs and email us at info@stovelady.com.
    
2. You tell us what you need, your lifestyle, family needs, budget, etc. and we come back to you with one or two options and a recommendation.  Normally we can get the appliance the next day or within two to three business days.

Either way, we give you the best service possible.  Our customers are the ones who appreciate service over price because they know time and knowledge are worth a lot more than the $50 they may save because they caught that sale.

The service is the key.  Many of the Stove Lady’s customers send emails at off hours, and call at off hours, and most are not surprised to find that she is available to them with whatever questions they may have.  She has people who have more than 40 years in the appliance sales industry available to her.  That means, they are available to you.
