Cleaning and Repair

You should complete an online service request form and submit it to us, along with your available dates and times (morning or afternoon).  We will make an appointment to see your stove and give you a quote.  Once you have an appointment, we visit your home, discuss your needs, your family lifestyle, your cooking habits, your kitchen plans, and your goals, we photograph your range, and gather enough information to do a detailed written quote. If we have to replace parts, we source new parts from vendors. A quote will be sent to the customer via e-mail within a day or two.

Quotes are given to the customer via email or in person right on the spot depending on the job.  Most jobs cannot be quoted on the spot.  For some we can give a general quote and then take whatever parts need to be restored so you can avoid an additional trip.
